RCRD is not responsible for any content posted by users. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and any disputes arising from their use of the service. RCRD does not take responsibility for any form of cyberbullying or harassment that occurs within the service. Any criminal actions will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and users found engaging in such activities may face legal consequences.
