1. Sign-Up/Login Issues

If multiple users attempt to access the platform simultaneously from the same IP address, our server may automatically block these requests.

2. Deleting Messages Attached to a Tree

Tree owners have the authority to directly delete messages attached to their respective trees.

3. Modifying Tree Settings

Once tree settings are established, they become permanent and cannot be altered. If you wish to adjust tree settings, the only option is to close your existing account and create a new one. Be aware that withdrawing from an account results in the deletion of all messages associated with the existing tree.

4. Deleting Messages on Others' Trees

Due to privacy concerns related to personal information processing, it's challenging for us to assist with individual message deletions on 'Deco My Tree.' Only the owner of a particular tree has the capability to delete messages within that tree.

5. Link Copying Difficulties

If you encounter issues copying links, identify the problematic web browser and consider using an alternative one. If link copying problems persist, utilize the share feature or copy the tree link from the browser's address bar, in addition to using the link copy button at the bottom of the tree.
