Who Do We Share Personal Data With?

1. Personal Data Collected and Purposes of Processing
We collect only the minimum amount of Personal Data necessary to provide our services.
When you sign up: We collect necessary details such as username (ID), password, and nickname as mandatory fields, and an optional email address for verification.
During service use:

Profile information (nickname, profile picture) and, if you use the customer support feature, your email address.

Automatically generated data, such as browser type, operating system, visit records, IP address, access times, and cookies, may be securely collected and stored.
2. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
We do not provide your Personal Data to third parties without your consent, except when legally required or for service billing purposes, emergencies involving safety, or other lawful reasons.
If we sell or buy any business or assets, or if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or other corporate transaction, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction to the relevant parties.
Third-Party Recipients:

Amazon Web Services Inc.: For storing and maintaining service-related Personal Data. Data is retained up to 90 days after account deletion, unless additional retention is required for legal or security reasons.
Refusal to consent to third-party provision may limit or prevent access to the services.
3. Outsourcing of Personal Data Processing
We may outsource certain operations (e.g., service maintenance, data storage) to third-party processors under contractual obligations ensuring the secure handling of Personal Data.
Outsourced Services:

Amazon Web Services Inc.: All data, stored for the duration of the user’s account.
•
PayLetter: Handles payment-related data (e.g., card info, approval numbers) for various payment methods, retained for 5 years from the payment date.

Meta Platforms, Inc.: Login identification values for social login services, retained during account existence.
4. Retention Period
Upon account deactivation or termination of service use, we will promptly delete or anonymize your Personal Data. However, some data may be retained longer as needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
We may also retain Personal Data longer if necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, defense against claims, or as required by applicable laws.
If your account remains inactive for a certain period, we may terminate your account and delete your Personal Data without further notice.
5. Destruction of Personal Data
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved, we will securely dispose of your Personal Data. Electronic files will be irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
You can view, update, or modify most of your Personal Data by logging into your account. You can also delete content you have uploaded to the Platform. We provide tools within the “Settings” area of the Platform to help you manage your Personal Data.
If you decide to deactivate (terminate) your account, it will remain inactive for 30 days, during which you can reactivate it. After 30 days, if not reactivated, your account and Personal Data may be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law or our internal policies.
Even after account deletion, any data not directly associated with your account (such as questions, answers, comments you left visible to other users) may remain visible. If you wish to remove such content, you should do so before account deletion.
You may have rights under applicable data protection laws to request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of your Personal Data. We may verify your identity before acting on such requests and may charge a reasonable fee or refuse certain requests when permitted by applicable law. If we refuse a request, we will provide reasons for that refusal.
