NovelBox Coin Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 "Service" refers to the NovelBox platform provided by Unboxers Corp, through which users can purchase digital content (e.g., novel chapters) using coins.
1.2 "Coins" are digital credits purchased through the Service and may be used exclusively for accessing digital novel content.
1.3 "Base Coins" are coins acquired by direct purchase using real currency.
1.4 "Bonus Coins" (if applicable) are additional coins provided by the Service for promotional purposes; bonus coins may be subject to separate conditions and expiration dates.

2. Purchase of Coins

3. Payment and Pricing

•
All coin purchases are executed at the prevailing rates displayed at the time of purchase.
3.2 Non-Refundable Nature:

All purchases of Coins are final. Once coins have been credited to your account, no refund or credit will be issued, except as required by applicable law.
•
In the event of a payment error (e.g., duplicate charges), Unboxers Corp’s sole remedy will be to correct the error at its discretion.
4. Use of Coins
4.1 Purpose:

Coins may be redeemed solely for the purchase of digital novel content available on the Service.
•
Coins do not represent a monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no intrinsic value outside the Service.
4.2 Restrictions on Use:

Coins are non-transferable between user accounts and cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
•
The right to use coins is strictly limited to the registered account that purchased or earned them.
•
Coins may only be used on devices and within content regions specified by the Service. For example, coins purchased on one operating system or for one language version of the content cannot be used on a different system or language variant.
5. Promotional Coins and Bonus Offers
5.1 Bonus Coins:

From time to time, Unboxers Corp may offer Bonus Coins as part of promotional activities. Bonus Coins are credited to your account at no additional cost.

Bonus Coins may have an expiration date or other restrictions as specified in the promotional details.

When redeeming content, any Bonus Coins will be applied prior to deducting Base Coins.
6. Expiration and Account Termination
6.1 Non-Expiration:

Base Coins generally do not expire. However, if a user’s account is terminated or suspended, any remaining coins will be forfeited.
6.2 Account Termination:

Unboxers Corp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. In such cases, all coins in the account will be immediately revoked without any refund.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Dispute Resolution

Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of the Coins, all coin sales are final and non-refundable.

In exceptional cases where a refund is mandated by law, Unboxers Corp will process the refund on a case-by-case basis.

8. Taxes and Additional Charges

9. Modifications to Coin Purchase Terms

Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world monetary equivalent.

In cases where a transaction error results in the miscrediting of coins, Unboxers Corp’s sole remedy is to correct the error, and you agree to cooperate fully with such correction efforts.
