2. Who can use Deco My Tree?
You must be at least 13 years old to use Deco My Tree. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Your account
Creating an account is only permitted using your real identity, and it should be for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to create an account using someone else's identity, which is not only socially inappropriate but also illegal. Accurate information about yourself must be provided during the account creation process. If you have received a permanent ban, you are not allowed to create a new account.

Name

Additionally, to enhance the security of your data, we recommend using a lock screen in the event your phone is lost or stolen.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Deco My Tree.

By submitting content, you grant Deco My Tree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute. This license enables us to make your content available globally and allows others to do the same.

You agree that this license extends to Deco My Tree for the duration of your use of the Services, enabling us to make your content available to other entities for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotional, marketing, or publication purposes on other media and services. You acknowledge that such additional uses, by Deco My Tree or other entities, do not involve compensation to you, as your use of our Services is deemed sufficient compensation.

UNBOXERS Corp. and our affiliates, including directors, officers, stockholders, employees, licensors, suppliers, and agents, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) your access or inability to access the Services; (c) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on or through the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content. In no event shall UNBOXERS Corp. or its affiliates' aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the maximum extent permissible in your country of residence.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the jurisdiction of [Seoul, South Korea and each party hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
